Laura Dixon

External relations, Spurs Sports & Entertainment

Laura joined Spurs Sports & Entertainment in November 2009 to direct the organization’s social responsibility efforts and served as Executive Director of Silver & Black Give Back. She led the community engagement initiatives for all franchises and the corporate administration – including the creation of a seven million dollar endowment for facilities, a student led service-learning program and an employee volunteer program. In 2017, she was named head of external relations, a new position in which she strengthens SSE’s mission of providing leadership excellence in sports, entertainment and corporate citizenship beyond San Antonio. Laura earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a MBA from the University of Texas-Austin.
