Tim Drolet has spend four decades in the communications and technology industries, managing the deployment of commercial voice and data systems into a cross section of businesses, universities, hospitals, and government entities. His experience has been broadened through management opportunities in operations, engineering, and large system project management. These opportunities have served to benefit his desire to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds while gaining valuable insights into fostering teamwork, planning, understanding risk, and achieving goals.

In addition to his professional experience in communications, Tim has been part of The Basketball Embassy's family since its inception in 2014; he currently serves on its Board of Directors.
